Not so good
The general concept is good but without the ability to create shapes such as circles and rectangles it's hard to get good looking results. Also not being able to copy elements makes it difficult to maintain uniformity and precision, an important aspect of engineering drawings

No orthogonal lines, no arcs, no dimensions, essentially a scribble pad. Wasted 0.99. Deleted.
