At long last perfection
After using other free and costly apps I I thought it would never find one that was any good.
Thus took over 6500 duplicate contacts and consolidated them correctly in about 4 minutes.

Useless App
Keeps telling me access to contacts is restricted. That's it, no help in pointing one in a direction to release supposed restrictions. I checked and changed settings in several places on iPhone to allow this app access, still doesn't work. No FAQ page from developer. Just doesn't work.Just2Dazzling
Wow. Amazing
I was skeptical but it was totally free and no gimmicks to buy anything else when I used the app. Completely easy to use. I opened it and followed the simple steps. It deleted 350 duplicate contacts and merged 195 contacts. It even had an option to back up your contacts on the cloud. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.
