Hi Annie, Naturally we’re disappointed you are disappointed. This app is free to download with plenty of useful content for women to better understand their body shape and to see which clothing styles complement… as well as which styles to avoid. It was never designed to link to clothes you can buy, so it’s sad your review scored us 1 out of 5 for something it doesn’t do. :o( However, our sister (browser) app, My Secret Stylist does exactly that. Unfortunately, this isn’t yet available in the U.S. though that’s part of our plan. It is available in the U.K.: www.mysecretstylist.co.uk Please note you are welcome to contact Apple to request a refund. We cannot do directly as all commercials are managed through Apple’s App Store. This is the case for all iOS apps. Wishing you all the best and we hope My Secret Stylist may be of interest and help to you in due course.

Your email to our support team also failed, so apologies for causing frustration… you get enough of that trying to find clothes that look great on you. While we seek a fix, another option is to use your measurements for a two week FREE trial with My Secret Stylist. This is the URL: https://mysecretstylist.co.uk My Secret Stylist is the sister website which now provides not only guidance (in the profile section) but also directs you to clothing styles you can buy, which look great on you. Not Bad, Lacking Functionality But Insightful
I do think that while this app is on the right track, it definitely has lots of room for improvement. Like perhaps real photos demonstrating the effects of different styling choices on different body types?
It seems that this app has made some improvements since the previous reviews were written. For example, you can indeed edit your dimensions as they change over time. Overall, I’d say this deserves 3.5 stars.

Hi Jen, We’re really sorry to hear you’re disappointed. Good news though - you can get a refund, you just have to do so via Apple, as we cannot do this on your behalf. We would if we could. We appreciate your feedback. Our pricing reflects an app service without ads and in this respect it is great value when you compare to the cost of visiting an image stylist in person. Plus all the advice the app provides freely at the outset. We also had a challenge with Apple’s minimum charge versus only billing customers for the garment types they need help with. We went with the option so customers could choose. For info, developers only see c60% of your cost. The rest goes to Apple and taxes. Cost aside, we hope you found the app useful and can continue to do so.

No support - All paid module vanish upon upgrade
I wouldn’t recommend this app since it isn’t operating properly and isn’t supported.

However when you set up on a new device, you will need to tap the ‘Restore Purchases’ button within the purchase screen. Many thanks for your feedback. We recommend deleting the app and re-loading. Please take a screenshot of your measurements before you do so, as you may need to update again in the app. If you have purchased any garment types, don’t worry, these will re-load when you tap the button in the re-load screen. I like the app
1) There are dietary weight lose apps that are well worth the money and can keep track of your measurements because it give you your BMI. So this application is at best just cute. Yet it too can be used as a reminder of your current measurements without the benefit of getting your BMI. This is about cloths verses weight management. Which brings me to point 2.
2) Bra and undergarments are harder to fit, and buy then “cloths” or over garments. Measurements help you buy certain undergarments. So I think the developers of this application missed a major lesson for consumers for this app. So it makes me think the person who created this isn’t very fashion sensible. They got a little style knowledge, yet lack real purchase power garment fitting knowledge.
3) The application gives you nothing to want more off. It is asking you to basically cure your curiosity and purchase on blind faith that it can do something.
I only purchase application because the free version is so awesome that buying the application even if there nothing different upon buying is well worth the purchase. So, curious still doesn’t sell at least me.
I think the application is colorful. It has potential. I like to see this application develop into a marketable product worth something unique.
