What We have Fixed: Login Issue • We have resolved an issue with the application hanging preventing users to login first time. Checkboxes on submitting prices • Competitor price checkboxes no longer remain after competitor prices have been reported. Known Issues and Defects: Inactive / Active products • When on a competitor site survey, updating the inactive/active toggle on a product will change the icon as expected, but the text will remain the same. This is only a UI issue, the inactive/active toggle still works as expected in the database. Cannot select a single competitor product price tick box without either • Submitting the price if using the number pad or • Using the scrolling price and selecting set (still on the current price) or • selecting the whole competitor site tick box and then unselecting those products not required Checkboxes on submitting prices • When you update a product’s price, including the competitor product price, after submitting, the price fields are still highlighted in green although the checkmark is removed, indicating the price has been submitted, and you therefore cannot apply the same price without reselecting the checkbox. App is not currently optimised for the iPhone X range, some tools from the top menu will be difficult to select, we are working to fix this in a future release.

  • Needs improvements

    New customer, and I can see there needs to be major work on this app. First, 50/50 that when I open the app it spins and spins until it finally asks me to relogin - I shouldn’t need to login this frequently. Second, the screen is not optimized for the iPhone 14+ camera cutouts… some text and menus are behind the camera. Third, all of the buttons are way to small - it’s basically a not very optimized mobile webpage being pulled into the app.
  • Can’t use the app connect string screen

    I tried entering the connection string provided by my employer and I can not get past it even, whether it’s on iPhone or android. I accept the privacy policy and can’t move on when I click next in either the android or iPhone app.
  • Blank?!

    Same issue as others. Completely white screen and can’t use any of the features. Expensive service not to have a mobile feature.
