Unable to report commutes
I’ve been using this app for two years. It was great at first, I even won a 50dollar gift card . I haven’t been able to do anything on this app for the last few months. Unable to report commutes. Screen just keeps loading.Sunshine2hdujdg72674

They said last year they’d bring instant rewards & they still have yet to come around.
Not to mention the app hardly works the pages are blank & the record previous ride is stuck loading.
Not to mention how many times rtc rails to neglect responsibility for even being connected to it so there is just about zero point to even have this application.Show lessShockIIYoSystem

The ui is overly plain & boring.
In the 2 yrs I’ve been using the bus system here club rude hardly works & I’ve hardly seen any payouts in rewards.
It’s stuck in a constant loading cycle to even report a ride to keep it all logged to climb the ranks.
App feels more like a scam. For the near $3,000 I’ve put into the bus system to hardly get anything back .Show lessLog in not working

White blank page
I keep getting a white blank page on my club ride. I haven’t been able to do anything for almost a week. I have deleted the app and download it back on my phone and the problem is still the same.Justjermainet

Was able to enter my trips at first but now I only get a white screen when I open the app. Nothing else comes up but the white screen so I’m no longer able to use it.FSJeter

The app is just stuck now I couldn’t log my bus ride the last week n a half now it’s just a white screen after deleting & reinstalling …this is fun..I won!
I’ve only been using the app for less than 2 months and I already won a 10 dollar gift card. I was skeptical at first thinking I would never win but they actually do send out rewards for just tracking your commutes. I would put five stars but the app is really glitchy and it shows I didn’t report a commute when I did.Show lessnaggynathan
