Lowered my blood pressure immediately
I’m so grateful for this app. My blood pressure was really high from stress and nothing I was doing was bringing it down. I found this app this morning, listened to Relaxing Music for two minutes and my blood pressure immediately dropped from really high, to the lower end of low (my normal range). I’ll be using this as a daily meditation. Im grateful for this app. It’s already made a huge difference for me.Show lesss e s u105

I just got the app today and I’m very excited to try it. If it does what it says it does it will help me sleep better and since I had a head injury 20 years ago sleep doesn’t come so easy anymore. I miss dreaming most of all. My issue is when I hit the timer to attempt to extend how long the program plays the whole thing crashes like it was never there. The simple fact that I’m having to pay for it should be reason enough to make sure there are no issues. Especially ones like that. 🤨Show lesslark boyd

I’ve had this for 2-3 weeks now and have enjoyed it. Also have noticed changes as well. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is that it will drop out regardless if your on Wi-Fi or cellular. Then you have to start over.munkey nutz
