Yet again current subscription not reflecting in latest app update
Don’t bother to subscribe
I have contacted Zinio, no response. I would like to get a refund but there is no one to contact. I have tried for days to download my subscription without success. I see the problem goes back for a few years. That the issue has not been addressed is disappointing
No response, terrible service
I purchased a subscription to Artists Magazine, followed their instructions to access it. Nothing. Unlike the review by Mary L F, I wrote emails, I called (it went to a fax machine), I called a different number, was referred to the “maz” website, wrote to them ... days later, still waiting for a response to my first email. I have not received access to my subscription. This is digital - it should be delivered almost immediately! I don’t even know how to get my money back. Non-existent customer service. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Fast response
I read the reports of others having difficulty accessing magazines and assumed the issue was corrected. Turned out that as I tried to access an issue I was only given the option to purchase or select a free trial. There was a “contact” option in the account area and I wrote to them to refund the digital portion of my subscription. But, wow! In an hour I had a personal, well written, response from Zinio App Support... on a Sunday! I believe they did something on their end and instructed me to Go to Account > Preferences > Sync Your Library > Sync Now. It happened fast and I had access to many past issues. I am very happy with their customer service and look forward to this fabulous resource.

Third Party Support
If you’ve enjoyed Artists Magazine by being able to download a proper, scrollable issue, then do not use this app. Not only is it clunky to use, the fun of being able to intuitively read like a normal digital issue, is sorely lacking. When called Artists Magazine to get technical support, all they could do is direct me to an email address for mazdigital.com. Between all the subscription options out there, maybe Corporate should approach the Big Boy subscription service with Texture. All my subscriptions are there, just not any of F+W publications

No access to subscription
App shows thumbnail of current issue with a choice of paying $6.99 or subscribing. I am subscribed and when I touch subscribe the app confirms my subscription. However it provides no access to the issue I have subscribed to. This is a real problem. Provide the promised subscription access or a refund. Get your act together.
