This app is possibly the worst battery killer of any app for Iphone. It has to be logged out of immediately after use or your phone will be dead in a few hours. Never seen anything like it. I use lots of different routing and delivery P.O.D. apps and this is the only one that is so terrible. Let’s face it, it isn’t even good at what it does. If a vendor didn’t require it I wouldn’t use it. My battery usage screen shows this used 35% of my battery in 3hrs and 1min. GarbageShow lessHawkeyefanjustin

At the freezes up at times, and won’t sync up with the server on the receiving end. Removing it up and reinstalling it fixes it.Oregon Coast Driver

Please fix the sign & depart. If an order has multiple stops under one order , you have to sign & depart to close stop but the sign & depart sends you in a loop and will have you just continuing to do the same thing over & over again. I have to close app, log back in to close stop. Please fix that issueShow lessAj I use this app everyday

While scanning , the flashlight on my iPhone 13 Pro won’t work. I turn on the ‘lightening’ logo, but the flashlight is greyed out. Any suggestions?irishbrit52

the app lags especially when it comes to the signature. keyboard glitches when it comes to typing customers name. also the map doesn't work well at all. zooming don't work. overall very laggyo$bar

If you have an iPhone don’t even bother.
The app won’t launch at all on iPhone. I have the iPhone 11 max currently running iOS 14.2 (which is currently the most current update) and the app is basically a sticker on my home page. When I tap the app to launch it it will immediately crash. I’ve tried deleting and downloading it dozens of times now and no luck. Add this to the laundry list of issues the app has when it does work and it’s a complete bust. I wouldn’t use this for my business.Show lessnot nickname 321
