Doesn't support Ti25
I get the same "No Document" message when I try to open IS2 images taken with a Fluke Model Ti25.
I am not going to go out and buy a new infrared camera just to use this software.
I am going to give it three stars just because it looks like good software when working with the sample images. I don't think it would take much effort to make it support more models.

VT04 Support??
I have purchased the VT04. I too would like to see support for the VT02/VT04 Series of thermal tools. These output the same “.IS2” file format, but yet when brought into the SmartView Mobile (I emailed it to my phone from my desktop computer), it just says “No Document” even though the file is there.
Fluke, how about some support for us that cannot afford the “big guns”? Also, how about porting the desktop application to the Apple Mac side??

Disappointed
I have a VT02 and assumed if i didn't have a fluke tool that supported wifi or bluetooth that I'd be able to import the images in the field. Please support this in the future? Dropbox integration would be a life saver.
Brand new TI32
Cannot use this software to make new reports unless you have a wifi camera. No way to "import" the images. Hopefully there will be a fix to this situation.(i.e. import from SD card)

Great IR Cameras now have a Great App!
Been waiting for this from Fluke for a while! It was certainly well worth the wait! It works much better and is much more intuitive than what some others offer! I can't wait to see what they add to this app in the future. Keep it up, Fluke!

Brilliant App for on the move reporting and analysing. Got my camera from Acutest and they helped me set everything up. 10/10
Think this app would be cool if there was a button or explanation on how to add your own photos
