Slow, Ability to Mass Export, & Needs Better Shortcut Support
The app can be useful but slow. It takes too long to open when in line. I’m making people wait when using though I have an iPhone 15 Pro (i.e. fast phone).
I want to scan barcodes to pay quickly, so I don’t hold up the line when people are behind me. The force touch feature helps toward this end but it is insufficient.
Having a one tap shortcut that goes to the barcode (or QR, etc.) for paying at self checkout would help since many businesses are getting rid of most human clerks.
It would be nice to mass export the receipts and .csv / . xlsx from the phone app without having to do some overly complicated ie MS Edge procedures that are common with so many banks.
Things are a bit more difficult for me as a non-Korean. Not really because of Lotte but because I have a name with too many characters for the Korean banking system.
But making these changes to the app would make some things much easier at least.

결제할 때마다 서명을 저장해야 한다고 뜨는데, 버그 아닌가요? 매번 서명을 할 거면 저장하는 게 아닌데...
