No way to reset password no customer support
Paid for this but after a reboot of my tablet, they locked me out and there is no way to reset your password. Fail. I want my money back, but after digging around forever to finally find their tech support email, but they never answered anyway.chefivy

It has way to many adds for how many words they give. Then you can’t get rid of the adds. You waste more time on the add than learning. Also the free content is content found on other apps with less adds. I did like the feature of playing the words so you can listen one after another. One add for each lesson is plenty, but you sometimes have five pop-ups per lesson that you can’t get rid of. I also wouldn’t pay that much for just words. I can by a book with words in it for less and use google translate to hear them. There isn’t any lessons taught to justify the price.Show lessCaseys mom

Great idea BUT audio will not play through headphones and you need to purchase a subscription for it to work otherwise ads will prevent anything from working.reviewertour

Thank you for your feedback. We designed the app to motivate learners to repeat and remember the vocabulary. To truly learn a new vocabulary, people needs to repeat many times. It calls "repetition". We recommend to do some revision on the previous categories from time to time, it will also helps to increase the XP points to unlock new contents.Cours de français

Can’t use the trial - ads block the UI
The trial is riddled with pop up ads, and the close button is currently broken on the popover Google ads (at least on my iPhone 12 Pro Max). There’s no way to actually try the app out.brian.mcgroarty

So I’ve been using this for about a month now, the scoring system doesn’t seem to like me (it’s gone from .21 to .01 points per card) and some of the audio files have stopped working.i cant login nd102919
