I figure one star is way too generous, given that the app simply does not work. Brand new Humax recorder but the associated apps fail to even run.
Judging by the number of similar reviews, it appears that Humax don't really care. Cannot understand why this isn't a priority for fixing. This is a brand-damaging failure.

Crashes on iOS 9.3
App crashes on all devices running iOS 9.3.1.
Given the cost of the device, support needs to be better than this and resolve the problem ASAP.

Will not work
I just purchased a new Humax device today. Installed all the apps but this one just does not open. Keeps tripping out on both iPad and iPhone. Please fix Humax!!!

When is this app going to be updated as it does not work with the latest update on Apple devices I am sure there are a lot of people relying on it!!!

Would like to be able to comment further but as the app cannot find my humax the only thing to say is that i would have liked to give zero stars.
All features wont work
Because I couldn't get the guide to work on this app or can't download content from my box to iPad , I email humax . To be told theses features won't work with my FVP 4000T. So what's the point of the app. Hopefully they will sort this I'm hoping.
Doesn't Load Anymore
Don't know whether this is related to iOS 9.3, but this app will no longer load on my iPhone 6s, iPad 2 and iPad 3. Have tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck.
Could be a brilliant app
For some bizarre reason this app is a unable to stream or download/play recordings of a Humax Play dip-4000t box on an iPad on the same home network. Come on Humax get you act together if you want to compete with the likes of the new Sky Q box. App developers take note and allow this app to decrypt and play HD recordings from the new Humax Play free view box.
