Problème de livraison
Un mois pour être livrée car le transporteur ne trouvait soit disant pas mon adresse (alors que j’ai déjà fait livrer des albums Cheerz a cette adresse) et aucun geste de la part de Cheerz. Le cadeau de fête des mères est finalement devenu un cadeau de fête des pères, pas le choix vu les délais de livraison. Lamentable.Show lessLorieCa03

Amazing
Bought two lots of magnets and a plexiglass picture, was told delivery would be three weeks. Got the magnets fours days after purchase from France during a pandemic and was emailed to say the plexiglass would be delayed, not even a week later it arrived well packaged. I was worried it would break hitting the ground when delivered through my letter box and it wasn’t. I am moving abroad for a year and these are way better than having pictures around as they take up less space and can be displayed anywhere. Also the plexiglass picture comes with free command strips if you want them which is great cos they are really expensive.
I highly recommend Cheerz and will order from them again as my mother loved some of the magnets so much she stole them 😂Show lessbandot_monster

Terrible app
The app keeps freezing and won’t let me make any additions to items in the cart or start a new project. This was happening a few months ago and is still happening, hoped this bug would’ve gotten fixed but alas still a painSops husks

I’m using Cheerz for a long time ago and they never upset me. The quality of the pictures and the paper is very good, don’t worry about that, and the delivery process is amazing: I always get my order earlier than expected. Anyway, they keep you updated (you don’t even have to track your order, they send you emails telling you how’s your order going). The app is so intuitive to use and they specify the size of the pictures to print. The customer service is top (I wrote down my address with a mistake and I found and answer in less than five minutes. And even though, I got my order, which means they know what they’re doing). Also, they give you stickers and nice stuff with your pictures, they really care. It looks like I’m advertising Cheerz 😂 but I’m not, they really make my life easier.Show lessIsagf93

Products are great, very good quality.
App is also good although it could improve some feature like re-orders. This is easy if you order exactly the same product but if you want to order the same product but changing just few photos, let’s say for a calendar, you can’t do it. You have to start a new order what it is time consuming.Show lessmj_aza
