Really bad app considering what it is supposed to be doing
It’s slow, the connection processes are archaic, it sends very delayed alarms when the cameras are triggered and utility is so highly laboured on it. It’s flawed, feels like a dev app and for the cost of the systems- especially in 2020- I’d expect so much better.
I hope the coming app resolves these issues, and ill be sure to give it a fair review!

Since having the alarm fitted my family and I have felt much safer knowing this app will alert and show us exactly what is happening if intruders show. The style of the app is very clean, modern and very easy to use.

Faulty VDT app
Really disappointed with this app and company.
My 1st visit to the installation site was waisted. I was not able to start, as I had not been given clearance to do so. I had to get the client to send an email to VDT to get a password and user name. They would not help with my installation. I would have to return another day.
I tried to download this app onto my iPhone. The 'get' button was greyed out. It would not download. I spoke to VDT technical support, who said it was my phone.
I tried again with another iPhone, it still would not work. VDT technical support said it was a problem that I had to take up with Apple not them. Though it is their app which is faulty.
I did manage to download the VDT app onto my iPad. Though I did not get far, as the user name and password they gave me did not work.
I requested that they reset the password, it still did not work.
I requested they try again by email, only to get an email saying that they are on holiday for 2 weeks!
It looks like the only option I have is to send all their equipment back.
I have waisted 5 hours so far and have not even started the job yet.
Does any one know of another product similar I could use?
