Absolute Cack
I live in England, get a letter in English asking me to download the app on my English iPad to provide a meter reading, but the app is entirely in German.
App claims "Languages: English, German" but gives you no option upon installation to switch languages.

Says it is available in German and English, it isn't!
Updated as I got a response from the developer asking why I think it should be in English as they say it's a German app. Well when u search e.on app on the App Store and this one is the only one that appears, u assume then when in their own information section under languages it says German,English then there would be an option to pick English.
So in answer to your query that is why, but I guess that's wrong and that's why I rated the app 1 star, as it wasted my time and as u have wasted it further I would if I could rate it less

Not very clear
While the app is very good for sending meter readings, the energy tracker is awful!
According to the app I'm using more energy now than 4 months ago. Normally this would be due to heating being on over the winter, however the flat I'm in as amazing insulating and we haven't had to put it on. We have to open the windows as it's too hot! While this is great for us, the usage on the app has a steady increase till December and it starts to drop off in January. There is nothing new in the house to use this extra energy. It needs to have a clearer breakdown other than a bar chart that really tells me nothing.
