No none sense, awesome videos, guy clearly knows his stuff and can prove it, every movement scientifically explained. Awesome app, if nothing else the videos are great lol, if you put this stuff into some serious training and practice it will help, but don't read and watch and expect to be a knockout king!

Great App and website
Travis not only teaches you how to successfully win a fight, he keeps the instruction entertaining and enjoyable. His mention of training with Bas Rutten and Eddie Alvarez give him quite the credentials. If you know MMA, you know these names. Wish I knew his last name however. Would like to see some of his fights. Anyway, great app, great website, great instruction. Keep it coming Trav!!
