The future of yoga
This app is amazing! I find myself constantly recommending it to my students, because I can't think of a better or more convenient way to practice yoga. Too pricey
Why the new subscription fee? I'm really disappointed that this app has gone the subscription route. I love the app and its features, but while I wouldn't mind making a one time purchase to continue using it, it isn't something I'm willing to pay $13 a month for. Needs lots of work.
No verbal instructions on how to perform actual poses. No verbal guided meditation. If you don't know how to "lock" areas there are no instructions. Sad because it looks like a great app but it feels un-finished.Jakesteed

This app was recommended to me by an instructor at the Kripalu Institute. I have been using it every morning for the past two weeks now, and I am thrilled with it!
It helps me stick to my daily practice, and it's clear instructions, timers and information about each kriya are very useful, especially since while I had been practicing Vinyasa for 8 months, I am new to Kundalini.
