Troubleshooting a client issue on the go!

I love the Meraki app. Built for a mobile device, it makes my life much easier when troubleshooting issues on the go. I may not be able to perform all network changes through the all, but to be honest.. I rather no do any breaking changes from my phone 🫣

It’s okay but lacking

I suspect if you’re fully meraki this app would be a babe, but we’re still a mishmash and rolling out so the kit is having to work with older equipment. Now i don’t expect this software to support those, but the diagnostics for the c9300x-24-m is a bit lacking it won’t let me look at older logs and it doesn’t see stacks in the same way. As I say if you are pure meraki it’s probably fine. But im trying to hunt loops so access to the logs remotely and easily would be very helpful.

Meraki is so dependable

I am a technology Director for two schools, and I use the app on my phone constantly. To make sure that all of our devices are up and running and teachers can do their jobs. If I need help technical support is there, but usually the app tells me all I need to know to solve a problem. Thanks, Meraki!!!

Nice

This has made life really easier and convenient. I appreciate the simplicity the app has for everyone to understand how to use

I just like the setup.

I used my computer every day, along with the meraki app. I find the mobile app way more helpful as I walk the campus checking for outages.

Intuitive and powerful

I can do everything in the app that I can on the dashboard, and having it on my iPad and phone makes accessing settings quick and easy.

Tech Support it Slow

When you request for help, their response is extremely slow across the organization. The apps are great and all other products they have, but they are so slow at responding to issues that it almost makes it not worst. I am a enterprise user and it’s the same thing when you submit tickets with issues. They take forever.

Good App

Is there a place where we can actually view the ap directly?

Great tool

Easy to check on network status when out and about without a laptop

Owner

I just started using Meraki and it has given me so many things to look at. It's not complicated. They do well in sharing what things are.
