This is the message on both my iPad and iPhone since 11.00 am today.
I live in London . I called canal+ and they have not been able to fix it so far !

Having trouble accessing séries
Why can’t I access content from this app when I pay a monthly fee? It was working perfectly until last week and now I can only watch trailers. Every time I try to watch a series it directs me buy a subscription and then I get a message that says I’m already subscribed through Apple account! Yes! Exactly! I have a subscription and I can’t use the app!

Hopeless customer service and support
They have good shows, series and movies but there is a delay to get the rights and we can’t watch 2 times out of 3. The customer service and support is very bad and hopeless.

Why do you allow people to subscribe
When they cannot view any content in certain countries? This is outrageous. In the blocked countries make sure you don't allow people to pay without explaining to them they will get NOTHNG. Your system is confusing and you are taking money full well knowing the people who pay will get no service. I find this an outrageous flaw.
