We use FltPlan go where I work. We have made the change to a paperless operation mainly with the help of fltplan. We added APG for weight and balance and runway analysis to enhance the safety of our operation.

Pre-Canned Routes
I must say that I love the program but could really do without the pre-canned daily routes that must be cleared before I plan my route for the day. It is just unnecessary.Bazinga-Please
The absolute best free aviation app in the world
I’ve been using FltPlan since the start. I’ve tried ForeFlight, garmin, and flyQ, and yes, those apps offer some neat features that you don’t get with fltplan.....yet. That said, the guys at fltplan seem to be constantly tweaking and updating and improving. Based on what’s available, I simply can not justify the cost of the subscription to the other apps when you get the free, 90% solution with fltplan. This is a great free application
I been using this application for a couple of years and I’m going to continue using it for many more years. I’m sure that the app supports teams are working hard at improving the application and on one off those updates they’re going to include the option for the user to select the runway numbers on extended runway center line. Another thing I will like to have on the application is synthetic version terrain and obstacles alerting systems. This feature will make the pilot situations awareness more easier and less of a chance for pilot errors. This Flight Planning program was the first to permit professional pilots to file flight plans on a Blackberry on the shuttle to the airport. Extremely well designed and constantly updated with new features over the years.Original Conchflyer

Too bad there aren’t more stars
I made my first trip with this app today and I was overwhelming pleased. I’d recommend it to all pilots but especially to CAP pilots because of the search grids. I use it in an iPad with internal gps and the convenience of the app is amazing. We use ForeFlight in the club and it’s great. This lacks the synthetic vision, but it looks like it does just about everything else. Can’t say enough good things about it.Show lessGreg In MT
Good app
This app has come a long way since its 1st release. Easy, intuitive, and very functional. If I could suggest any improvements, it would be to speed up downloads of maps and charts. It is very slow from the super large files.
It would also be nice to see synthetic vision for those with an AI.Jake3223456
