Support for the new NISEI "System Gateway" and "System Update 2021" products. In the identity selection dialogs, identities are now unique and sorted alphabetically. Also, finally, dark mode support! \o/

This button re-adds the lost buttons to some alerts so that they are now useable again.

This version adds support for the new NISEI scoring system (no more timed wins). This is configurable in the app's settings. Also, some minor bugs were squashed.

This update adds support for epiTOME (https://anr-epitome.appspot.com) to NRTM. Once a tournament has been created at epiTOME, NRTM can automatically update the leaderboard and pairings tables stored there for easy player access.
