  • Battery draining!!!!!

    The app highly recommends allowing it to see your location data. When this is always on, you will go through almost doubly the battery in a day. It’s a little after 5pm and I’m already at 50%, when I haven’t done much all day. I charged it up yesterday and unplugged it overnight only to awaken to it already being under 90% when all it did was sit on the counter. By far biggest issue.

  • Thanks for resolving issue!!

    With the most recent update I cannot get the app to stay open. It automatically closes when you click on the icon. Please fix ASAP!!!! I am not compliant with security policies if the app won’t stay open!!!

  • How Secure is Skycure Ltd.?

    This app says it is doing what it claims to do, but how can I know what it is actually doing? The developer appears to be located in Tel Aviv, employing 10-15 people. But, it seems to be privately owned. I find almost no info on it. How can I know whether the company is safe? Given that, how can I trust it's "always on" app is safe? I'm removing it.

    Skycure has sent me three of their own weblinks to answer my questions. A typical example has a man with an acronym title at a firm with an acronym name saying ... I know we are safe with Skycure ... I trust them.

    They also list their "Partners" but the examples they list do not appear to really mean "Partners". Is Microsoft actually a "Partner" in Skycure? I don't know.

    They list investors. I searched a random few online, but their sites did not mention Skycure. So, I still don't know.

    My questions and doubts remain unresolved. I don't trust something or someone on the web to access my location and wifi links just because they say they will keep me safe.

  • Uses too much battery power

    Although battery under settings shows only 2% usage, somehow my standby and usage figures are identical when Skycure is open. After I deleted the app, standby and usage figures were dramatically different as they should be.
  • The emails are annoying

    It would be much more appreciated if myself and the group I support cease to receive these messages. Typically the trend is when the App is updated I or if I am testing my device for recording enrollment procedures and changes. Just not satisfied at all with this. If I could give negative stars I would. People who have upgraded their phone have received emails regarding the status of their old phone nearly a month after. Repetitive email response.

  • Love Skycure, but...

    If we have subscribed to Skycure, and have received pop-up messages on our iPhone screen, "Cannot Verify Server Identity," and Skycure was aware of this as a security problem, then why weren't we warned not to tap on "continue" even before the iOS 10 update that addressed the issue?
  • It works!

    At first, I didn't think this app worked because I have it running most of the time and nothing really happened. Until I got a pop up text message about not being able to identify a text message with a running program called *activatemymodem and I some how clicked "continue" and a few seconds later, my internet & modem no longer worked and had no internet. I had the app closed but open it to see if it could see anything. It found that my information over the Internet could be intercepted by and to reset modem or contact ISP. I did and explained everything to my ISP and they tried to reset my modem but couldn't. It was escalated and the tech was able to finally access my modem to reset it after 4hrs. Now, I keep this app active every time I'm in Wifi (secured). Oh, and it also alerts you if you need to update to the latest update!!
