Ball flight disappeared
If the app was free for premium content I wouldn’t complain. I paid for the year to see all the stats. Ball flight would track launch angle and exit velocity. All of a sudden that feature has disappeared and only works in a separate app called blast vision where they try to get an additional $9.99. Please make this part of the app as you had it before. I’m not going to pay an additional 9.99 on top of the yearly fee I already paid for.

Why so many pop ups?
You guys send me meaningless pop-ups like every day, sometimes 2-3 a day? For nothing. Why do you do that? Like you’re just reminding me your app exists? It a hitting measurement app and device, why would you think I’m gonna need a random pop up notification at a time I’m not practicing? I shut off notifications for you, is that what you were hoping to accomplish?

Great but glitchy
Great tool to track swings but app is too glitchy. Please fix.......Make sure you know how to read the data and how to make adjustments to your swings. Videos help but you need to learn more first if doing on your own.
Swing Data Sync getting worse
We’ve been using Blast Motion for three years. The data sync for swings to the cloud/web is now slower than ever. We’re not even taking video and it takes days for swings to be online. The training videos haven’t been updated in years. There are more details and metrics but no explanation. For example, where is there an example of what a top score for Connection at Impact looks like.
We’re going to begin to look for a better solution. Blast hasn’t invested in the right features, cloud sync, training videos, or MLB athletes using their product.

Good app, no ball flight data
I like this app. I like my blast sensor, but the ball flight setting never stays on. Super frustrating because I can't see how far or hard I'm hitting the ball in the cage. Other than that the app has no problems for me.
Video Export Issues
Video exports can no longer have metrics applied or slow motion. Further, if shared, the video will no longer work for the given swing. This appears to have happened right after the latest update.
Poor application
I want to like this app and service but I can’t. The service has a lot of promise and the data it collects can be very useful but it doesn’t do much good when the app is so unstable. I have lost a lot of video on more than one occasion and the only suggestion from the company is to delete and reinstall the app. The interface is not particularly intuitive and it is very unstable while In use. It is also very curious to me that the app is written for iOS but the web version (which is needed for a number of things) does not work on Safari.

Cool device… terrible app
The device is great and the feedback is super helpful - when it works. I spend as much time trying to get the app to start, restarting it when it freezes and trying to get the videos to upload as I do swinging the bat.
App won’t open
Love what this has done for my swing! The only problem is the app itself will crash causing me to have to delete and re download, which means some of my swings aren’t uploaded to the cloud
Videos no longer upload to blast Connect
Whatever was done to the last update broke the auto video processing and upload to Blast Connect from my latest gen iPad Air. Please revert back to the previous version before this latest update.
