The app is taking ages to load?

The app was good when I first installed it (yesterday) but whenever I open the app it won’t go to the home page.. why?!

The app was apparently updated and we lost our progress. We’ve paid to unlock areas and shouldn’t have to start from the beginning

Update error

Hello,
I’m loving the app but the new update has wiped my purchases and restored settings so that I have lost my progress and areas I paid to access.

Hi. Sorry about your loss of progress. This is something we're working to address in subsequent versions. Regarding your loss of purchased levels, you can get them back for free. Simply go to the Settings Page on the app and press the 'RESTORE' button. You may be required to enter your Apple ID so please enter the exact one used during purchase of the levels.

Won’t delete from my phone

I uninstalled and deleted the app and it still keeps popping up in my settings and also on my home screen when I reset my phone. It’s so aggravating.

Really great

So, this app has helped me learn so much of my language than I’ve ever been able to. This is just in 3 days! I honestly think this is the way to learn languages.easy and efficient. Great work!

The best Igbo app I’ve seen

I adore this app for my family. The lady speaking Igbo on the app makes this the best app I’ve seen. Only issue is that it does not save my username, email or password. So signing in and out is pointless. It does not save my progressions.
