Great app
I have ordered a few times from this app. Love it. Only reason did not give 5 stars, is would love more layouts both on front side and back. And more color options across all designs.
I had an issue where I literally had created 100’s of cards and saved them in my profile.
I was planning to order in phases to help keep costs lower for me.
About a week ago, I suddenly was unable to access the app. Every time I would click the app, it would just crash and close.
I ended up having to delete the app and reinstall it and then I can get in no problem, HOWEVER, then all my created content was lost.
VERY frustrating as now I need to recreate-make these items.
There is no “sign-in” feature, to save content and avoid situations like this.

Great product and service
I ordered 4 packs of cards. The delivery was fast and spot on to their estimate. I love the product very happy with the quality. It was so easy to make these cards up on the app on my phone. They also, had great customer service.
Good and Bad
While the overall usability of the app for ordering custom-made cards is very well thought through and put together. Variety of different styles is a little lacking, but I’m sure more will come in the future. The only issue that was bad is the fact that I have attempted to reach out, several different times to the company with no one contacted me back and there’s no phone number to call only an email to send to.

Needs attention!!
The best card app around. Ordered (2) 20 packs of cards on Sunday night, had them the following Friday (4th of July week) shipping, price, quality and speed, can’t be beat. Unfortunately, app needs updates, ability to change more colors, more layouts (for both front and back of cards) a little attention to updates, this app could be huge!!!

Perfect
Ever since the Topps Custom page went out of service, I needed a new company to go through for my customs. Rookies is amazing. Great templates that look like they could have been from card companies of years past, and even some are able to incorporate your custom logo. Only complaint would be I’d like more templates and back templates. There are only 2 back templates that really work well for team picture cards. But this is just me nitpicking. Overall 5 stars. Love that the cards come sealed in the old school was pack. No gum, though lol!

The best!
I love this app. The cards are amazing and it’s fun to receive them in the wax wrap. I make a pack for my little league teams each season and they love ripping the packs open when they get them. The support on the app is also amazing. They’re always there with a answer for any questions I send. You can tell they care about their customers and their product.

Crashes With No Backup
Twice the Rookies App has crashed as I am about to submit a 200-card order. The only thing you can do is delete and reinstall the app, which deletes all of your work. There is no communication from anyone at Rookies. Be careful when you spend time creating cards, you could easily lose them because of their outdated app.

Easy, Fast, and Great Memory Maker
Great app with a simple user interface. There are lots of options with most being nostalgic to the cards of late 80s/Early 90s. Do wish after using for last 5 yrs or so they would add colors and newer options of other classic styles of cards. Use for every championship my kids win and also season cards

Amazing product and customer service
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. My 7 year old told me early in the season that he wanted a rookie card someday. After searching I found the Rookies app and was so impressed with both the quality of the cards as well as the service provided. I emailed the company to see if I could get the cards expedited in time for the teams awards night. They responded promptly and were able to ship the cards out just in time. Thank you, Rookies app, for making a memorable gift for our team to treasure!! I’ll be back again next year!!

Love Rookies!
July 2022: I ordered some packs of photos of the family/kids a few years and loved them. Great quality, extremely well executed by the folks at Rookies and very much like real baseball cards in every way. I just ordered more today, can’t wait for them to come. It’s actually a lot of fun building the cards, you can have a lot of fun with what you have printed on the backs. Thanks Rookies!
