I’ve been a 717 customer for more than twenty years, I have to say it is a very complete financial institution with the best rates for loans, car loans, and credit card interest rate. I never have experienced any issues whether at the locations or my favorite, on-line banking, plus contacting customer service always led me to gently, courteous, and professional individuals that would go the extra mile to ensure your questions or issues are responded and properly addressed, always a good experience.
When friends and family have asked about a financial institution, I always point them to 717, I know they will became happy customers too.

Zelle, Please
Please incorporate Zelle into the app, now that it is no longer a stand-alone app. There are a lot of credit unions on Zelle’s list, so it’s a legitimate possibility for 7/17 to join as well.

Transfer
I have a checking account savings account truck loan and line of credit when my checking account is negative you take money from my savings to cover it which is fine but why do you charge me such an outrageous amount when all it is is a tap of the button I can see charging a fee but not $20!

I want to get my house financed some time next year I think this would be the best bank to take on the task.

I have just now tried 8 times to open the app! Can’t open it it just swirls, but I get this “how do you like this app”.
When I know it is going to open finally it is because it showed an “error” then opens.
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

Online Changes
The Bill payment changes are horrible. It’s hard to see. The font needs to be darker and the set up is not as user friendly.
Changing bill pay
Im not happy with the changes that is being made to online banking. Now you decided to change the bill pay page. Do you not understand older people don’t want to have to figure out how to use these changes that you keep making
Terrible Update
Please restore the ease of Functionality and Usability across all Platforms to prior to most recent Update. Your Update ruined the ease of usability.
Mobile Check Deposit
The mobile check deposit is absolutely worthless. It states I have “photo quality errors” when I attempt to deposit. However, there are ZERO errors. Also, don’t forget to write “For Mobile Deposit” or the check won’t deposit. Then if you write it on the check and the mobile deposit won’t take them and you take these into the bank, the tellers get upset when you have written “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT” on the back of the check. So good luck.

Alerts
I am happy with the credit union and even like the App. However it would be great if there was realtime alerts when money if moved, deducted, added without using a debit card. Like bill pay or when I pay rent. Im only notified once a day at the end of the day for those transactions.
New update
Can we please switch the app back to the way it was before? The new update is terrible and confusing. I’m not one to complain, but it’s seriously so bad😂. I’m 21 with good eyesight and even I have trouble reading it.
