Has issues
The news itself is on point and I really appreciate it. There are tech issues that have me scratching my head in bewilderment. 1. We can no longer share articles, you took that function away. 2. The alerts always signal I have one item to view, and I cannot get rid of that little one on my Home Screen no matter how many articles I look at. It is very aggravating.

Keeps showing that I have an unread notification and I don’t

So once again I have a red one notification that will not go away and every time I move inside the app an advertisement pops up stopping me from reading the news so I just close the app.

Radar on the app is subpar!
No longer does the radar on the app mirror what is shown in real time on TV. You can’t tell how bad storms are. Also when there are watches or warnings, they overlay the radar which also hinders the radar. What good is radar if it doesn’t reflect an accurate picture? Needs work. For the time being, I’ve switch to a competitor’s app to get more accurate radar information.

Most of your listeners are older like my wife and I. We can not possibly keep up with this race they have going on of how many words per minute they can spout out!! I have already started listening too others to understand the news in Lawton area not your channels!!
I find the news to be quite good. I have lived here since 1972. You have not, and shown this in every broadcast, can’t pronounce town names or local streets etc.
please work on this.

Can’t stream LOCAL news
Only reason I wanted the app was so I could watch KSWO in real time since I can’t get it on my TV. There’s no actual option to watch KSWO. It only plays LNL which is in fact NOT LOCAL TO LAWTON OR THE SURROUNDING AREAS. If you want to be a big time station then be it, but don’t try to pass yourself off as local. You’re not.

Outdated news and sports
You page isn’t updated often enough. Not your news and sports! And why can’t you have scores for area schools? It seems like no one in your organization has the time for updating your app.
Update is terrible
Who in their right mind thought people would want a separate app for weather?! I don't know why I'm surprised at this since it falls in line with the rest of your business practices.

Upgrade is poor. Full of adds. You have to close several adds to get the news. The news is becoming a business....
