Level 100

Got to level 100 and it is stuck with wrong letters. Sent messages but no response.

Very frustrated

I really like the game, until unfortunately, now. I was finishing a puzzle and I got to the last clue and I had one letter left! I tried everything. I deleted the app. I reinstalled it and that same one letter was still there. Can you please fix this problem for all of us having this issue
