Continuous password changes
Three passwords in two months. Call the CU and they let me back in. Try to log in a few hours later and they say wrong password and I am locked out again. Always locked out. Always changing passwords. No access to my checkbook.New app? New problems?
I can only see four transactions from my checkbook. Can not view an entire month. WHY????Plan to leave this CU after 32 years
Worst CU. Very slow movement of money. Difficult to get a loan for anything. Remote check deposit takes up to three days for money to appear in account. Bill pay takes up to three weeks to release funds for large payment. Automatic with drawl bill pay takes three days. Mobile app not working most days. Frustrating!Show less
