Just what I needed
This app is exactly what I was looking for when I searched for a protractor app on my phone.
No need to steady your hand while you try to guesstimate what the overlay says.

Exactly what I wanted
I link the ability to set the starting angle by entering the figure.
And also able to measure from photos I have taken in camera roll. I tried many protractor apps but all of them only measure image from camera only.
It will be better to allow selecting the measurement in clockwise direction.

Tried another without a camera but couldn't keep it steady enough. This one allows you to adjust very precisely.Verzonni
