Great App
Absolutely loving this app. Simple, straight forward and very effective. Two weeks in and I feel so much stronger. Can’t imagine what it will be like in a month. Just stay consistent and you will see and feel the results.
Great Push Up App
I’m ex-military and get irritated by improper push-up form. This app provides a great daily work out forces the user to do a proper push-up when you use your nose to count. 👍🏼

Requires screen contact to count
I like the simplicity of the app, but I’m disappointed that it cannot recognize proximity and requires my nose depressing to the screen with every repetition.

Proximity would be a good idea, there are some limitations on iOS about proximity sensors usage but I will investigate this!

Was helpful till the update
Sunday may 23 2021 the app updated lost my progress and now has adds and wants us to pay to get rid of it also too long of a rest time was 30 seconds before the update now it’s 2 minutes 15 seconds u could lower it but only down to 60 seconds and the made the levels easier so your ego is higher when your on a higher level but lvl 15 was harder then, than It is now

Thanks for the information! I will set the lowest rest time to 30 seconds. Meanwhile, you can just skip the rest with the arrow button :)
RAF Fitness Training
I’m using this app to train for the RAF fitness test. When I started I couldn’t do more than about 5 push-ups. Now I can reach the required minimum requirement and am confident I can consolidate and build further. Plus I look better, which is not my motivator, but is what some people are after!
Most fitness coaches would recommend taking rest days, which this app doesn’t include, which is why I dropped a star. So, if you follow one level per day, take a break every now and again.
I like the app though, and it’s simplicity is what makes it great. Thank you developer(s). 👍🏻

THE BEST
Okay I have tried out a lot of these push up apps and hands down this is the best one! If you do it everyday you can make it up to 100 push ups everyday! Im at 25 in a row so far. If you are looking for a good push up app get this!

Push Up Workout is a really great and easy app to use!
My wife and I were looking for an app that was easy to use to help us keep record of our push ups during exercises. I loved how I could choose different levels to my liking based on how many push ups I wanted to do for each set. I was even interacting with the app during the exercises itself when the app requires my nose to touch the screen to make sure I’m doing a complete push up! I can easily keep records of my training as well as share my accomplishments with friends on Facebook and Twitter. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great workout app!
