I downloaded the app to see if I could find a specific pattern of fabric. I’ve since unsubscribed and deleted app. Yet I continue to get messages, not even related to my inquiry
Translation
I downloaded the app however it was in Chinese and being unsure of how to translate it into a language that I am fluent in I deleted the app. If there’s a way to translate the app I would be willing to try again
Not showing in correct language
I need the app to show in English, and I have no way of updating even though I’ve switched the settings. It even has my gender incorrect and I don’t have a way of updating that either.
Language problem
After your last update most of languages changed to Chinese . Before you did it you should inform us , not all people using Alibaba Supplier App is a Chinese guy .
Half Done!
“English” version of the app is half done / half translated. Any menu other than the basic ones is in Chinese. Can’t you afford to hire an actual english language speaker to translate the WHOLE app? Also, translating a title of your mini app doesn’t make it an “english version”, same applies to sub menus, especially in product posting section.
You can simply call it “so-so english version” so non-chinese speakers know what they are getting into.
