App Issues
The app truly does have issues connecting to the 70mai T800E dash cam. I think this also have to do with the phone constantly wanting to connect to apple car play while also trying to connect to the dash cam. Unfortunately, there is no way to disable carplay and the only working method is to remove the SD card and view it on a separate device. I have not had this issue when reviewing other dash cameras from different companies.

App functions good but previews are iffy when automatic Wi-Fi join is on
The app connects to the camera well and the UI is very simple and understandable. However the only problem the previews. I can access the video previews when I first installed it but after I enabled automatic Wi-Fi join, it will say error but I can still download the footage itself.
cannot connect. Do not buy!
No vpn, no security app and others, but still cannot connect while no other wifi nearby.

Connection issues iOS 26
Since the release of iOS 26, I haven't been able to transfer files to my phone. The connection to the camera keeps dropping. But when I connect it to an iPad running iPadOS 18, there are no issues.

The worst camera ever can’t even connect to the phone
Works ok except
The command won’t work and getting it to turn on to view video is weird and too many steps.

Video plackback error shouldn’t be an issue when it comes to needing to view important footage immediately it needs to be fixed and please add a dark mode

Unable to connect to Wi-Fi
This is the worse app I ever used. My Wi-Fi is on and it’s connected to the app when I open, but when I go to update it says I’m not connected to Wi-Fi. WTF!!!
New version
I like the new. Look I wasn’t able to check the battery with app it keep freezing up. And says one second.

3 minutes max video
3 minutes per video is way too short to be useable when reviewing footage. Even when we download the videos, we need to open and search multiple files to see what happened.
Waiting
I just tried to register. Waiting and waiting for verification code. Can do nothing until that arrives. (Perhaps waiting 15 minutes is being impatient?) Update: I returned. It’s a good thing because I just received a response to a rocket I opened with them in November: “check spam”. 2 months for a response ?

Doesn’t work for A400 Pro yet
I just purchased a A400 Pro 4K cam from China and this model cannot be found on the list yet. I tried the “A400” one and it didn’t work. Please add support for A400 pro
Cash grab.
I bought a recent model and was surprised at how bad every feature is aside from the camera quality, the app itself is alright but connection requires hotspot or wifi and Bluetooth so you can’t play music, if you lose connection it stops recording. I bought a model that advertised 24 hour parking surveillance only to find out that it requires the backup camera to be connected and with a separate “wire” which is actually just a huge battery, both not included. clips only last three minutes and that’s if your storage isn’t full within the week, not to mention that any other SD card will likely give you an error code making the camera useless. so unless your interested in buying overpriced SD cards ever two months, a random 4g plan and stopping every day on the side of the road to re-connect I’d stay far away from this brand.

Recording time limits
It sure would be great if the next update could include longer recording times. 3 mins is not long enough. Looking through so many short videos (3 min) to find something you want to keep is tedious at best. Then if you do find what you are after and it is a longer event than the max 3 minutes, one has to save and combine multiple short videos to save the event you are after. Maybe 20 -30 minute options would be great.
