Great camera, terrible app
I am completely unable to access the videos from the app. I can see they’ve been downloaded, but cannot get them to play. The FAQ document says that there is a dedicated 70mai album on my iPhone “system gallery”, but there isn’t. My only recourse is to remove the chip and read it on my computer. Very inconvenient.

Previous bugs are fixed
Everything works smoothly. It seems like the issues mentioned in other reviews have been adressed. I connected to the dashcam without problem. It was very fast. I have the A800SE

Email verification
The “email verification” isn’t working tried it about 20 times at this point I’m convinced this is a scam reading other reviews I’m annoyed Amazon even sells this product try a different brand will be returning this product there is no point if the app doesn’t work making the footage useless
Not working at all
This app is absolute garbage. It won't connect at all.
Your Dash Camera always gets stuck on the Wi-Fi connection step. I've already connected to your hotspot, and it still doesn't work. If it's this useless, don't even release the app—just take it down. You're wasting my time.

App doesn’t connect well
I’ve had this app for a couple months but have had so many problems with it. Most of the times I try to look at a video my dashcam records and it shows me error message which forces me to download the video onto my phone which can take up to 5 minutes for a 2 minute video. This is a terrible app I recommend buying a different dashcam brand.

Can’t connect the app to the dash cam
I can’t connect the camera to the App despite following the steps too many attempts. Try to connect with the support team but no response
Poor app
The phone struggles to connect and downloading a 3 minute video took 3 attempts and 15 minutes in total.
Connection
It was easy enough to setup. But the whole point of the dash cam is to be able to review the footage and it won’t connect to my phone. Continues to say, connect to the camera. After it does, it immediately loses the connection.
I can’t view anything it’s been recording. Planning on uninstalling it out of my car and buying one that actually works.

Pretty decent dash cam
I bought my dash cam on amazon for like $40 on sale. It’s very reliable and this app makes it easy to see all of my videos and what it’s recording. It gives me a sense of security since there’s a big number of bad drivers on the road, and if anything happens I have my album.
Mirror mode
Using M310 as a rear camera. Is there a way to flip the image? Need a mirror mode. If not already in the software, can it please be added as an option. Most dash am has this feature
Unreliable application
Trying to use it for the first time to update my firmware and it fails to connect!!

Install and adding dash cam was easy. It was done in just a few mins.
Fix app?
I just bought this camera for my car after a crazy encounter with a truck on the road, this camera has great quality day and night but the only thing I do not like is that to access any past photos or videos taken from the camera I have to be connected to the cameras own person wifi, which sucks because my CarPlay doesn’t allow that and if I finally access the wifi my CarPlay will over take the camera wifi and use its own, now I know I can disconnect the CarPlay automatically but then I wouldn’t automatically connect to my car which takes more time out of my day to reconnect to my car everyday just to access the camera images , I feel like I should be able to access past videos or photos from wherever I am, not in a 300 radius of the camera

A chore to use
Using this app to retrieve a video is exhausting. It never remembers username or password. Once you retrieve it , is time to connect to the camera. The network password is hard to read and the app doesn’t have a way to help to copy and paste into settings.
Latest major update broke connectivity
I was in an accident recently and couldn’t pull up the video on my phone at the time because the dash cam won’t connect to the app. It used to work fine before the last update. Very sad that the hardware is let down by the software.
