Purchased the puzzles, transaction went through, but no puzzles were unlocked.

Ok it’s not that good I finish them in under 5 minutes put a challenge in and how do you unlock the locked ones I get board of doing the same puzzle over and over and over E.T.C HOW IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the upgrade?
I paid for all the extras and the locks are still there! How will my granddaughter use the entire app that I paid for??? I have deleted, restored, etc multiple times and still nothing. Must delete again so my granddaughter will not be disappointed that hardly anything works. I want a refund. Now.
