Pretty decent but missing some obvious features
Four things:
1: would love to be able to save items to a wish list or ‘save for later’ feature
2: no ‘Share’ option to send an item to another person. Have to take and send a screenshot.
3: app constantly signs me out. I constantly have to sign back in. Very annoying and unnecessary.
4: poor consistency. For example, there are Jazz jerseys for sale (I’m a Utah Jazz fan) with players who never wore the jerseys the names are on. Example, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Bojan Bogdanovich were traded prior to the change to black/yellow unis, but some poor sucker can sure buy those guys’ jerseys in the new black/yellow set. Terrible Experience
Fanatics has the absolute worst customer support I have ever experienced. My rewards from the Sportsbook showed up as applied to my total at checkout, and then my card was charged the full amount as if I had no rewards. I know that it should have worked because it did on a previous order. I spent a week trying to get in contact with someone at fanatics who could help me, and all I got was canned responses that began to get repetitive and annoying. There is not a single person at Fanatics who is interested in helping you with a customer service issue. They just hope to give you enough vague and unhelpful responses that you give up.Show lessYdarb4
Great and Efficient, not perfect
Obviously, I have access to both of my favorite pastimes WWE mercy and Dallas Cowboys. The fact that it’s in one place makes my life easier. The app randomly closes in the middle of my purchase, and sometimes I even have to start all over. Errors occur every once in a while but it’s nothing to just go back in. I’ve gotten thousands of dollars worth of jerseys and merch, and I couldn’t be happier. Fanatics should drop an update simply optimizing the app though.Show lessMichael A. Jones
