SAM is also educator of financial literacy and debt management, to help debtors adjust their savings and spending behaviors.   NPA – Non-Performing Asset, a classification of deemed defaulted loans. Generally, NPA was converted from the collateralized property of those borrowers who failed to service debts on the pre-arranged schedule.   SAM Smile App – the smartphone application facilitates the ease of finding investment in property of the company. It offers the filtered search, with the selections of types, prices and areas etc., to quickly access to the details of a preferred property.
