Please help or fix the login

Your apps are great esp Qamoos, but I can't say anything about this because I can't get through the obstacle of logging in, it keeps giving error of invalid ID and password.
Please either help or fix the login problem. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

Wrong audio

If you go in all audio>madeh>burhanulhodasheh it will do a different madeh+
Surat al mutaffeen- it says
ختمه مسك
Then stops and doesn't play rest of the ayat

Authentication not working

Authentication with ITS not working. Hence cannot login into the app

I have downloaded and installed but on login screen it does not take any active ITS number and password
Jus gives
Invalid its / password entered

Am I doing something wrong ?
