Perks not worth it anymore

Many people play this game to get some perks on the next vegas trip. This app used to give pretty good perks like free room and free play for a decent amount of vip points. Now they are getting greedy and greedier that they jacked up the price for 1 night stay over 3x the vip points. I have over 200k vip points which used to give me 3 free nights easy. Now 1 free night costs 125k vip points. With more people more traffic this app is getting, it should be cheaper and give more perks. They jack up the price and they think they are slick and smart. STOP BEING GREEDY and go back to rewarding loyal players instead of being CHEAP

Problem with the app

Lately, when I log into this app and start playing, then I get a message, it cannot connect to their servers. This happens only after one or two minutes of playing and it doesn’t make any difference whether I’m hooked up to a Wi-Fi or to LTE. i’m sick and tired of being kicked out of this app so I’m going to quit using it even though I’ve got a lot of points.

A bit of fun but rewards are useless

Spent months saving points, get to Vegas and there is nothing worth redeeming.
Absolutely nothing to spend those points on now I’m back home. It did stop me wasting money in the casinos though, I felt ripped off enough from this app that I kept my real money and stayed in my room at night instead. Not what you were aiming for but hey, you don’t give good rewards/discounts and people aren’t going to be out spending money in an already very overpriced Vegas. Likely won’t be back for our next trip and won’t be recommending this app to anyone going.

Daily messenger bonus

I complained before that I wasn’t receiving my daily bonuses through messenger, you replied and assured me it was fixed and if for some reason it wasn’t, to reply to you! I tried about everything to reply with zero success!
I’m STILL not receiving them after 2-3 months!

Too many ads!

Ad after ad after ad, then finally to where I connect to Facebook only to be told there are too many redirects. This was a fun game, but this is frustrating!

Server error wiped all my balances

Truly unhelpful in sorting out problems that have arisen from their own server errors. I was on level 2242, with over two million in my reward balance and a billion chips. Now it’s all gone!!!. This has taken years to build up and I was saving my balance to book a cruise. Despite providing them with a recent screenshot showing this, they will not reinstate my balances. DO NOT USE THIS APP - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BALANCES WHEN THEY GET TO A HIGH LEVEL USING A SERVER ISSUE AS AN EXCUSE. I have sent numerous messages to them and am now being ignored. They are unscrupulous.

Rewards are gone

It’s a good game but all of a sudden after 600+ reward points, my account went back to zero for no reason at all. My phone didn’t reset but the game just reset without notice. My efforts are all gone and didn't even get the chance to try and use my rewards in Vegas if that is really true.
