App updates make it hard to use
Since the app updated with major changes, I have had many problems with it. It keeps switching where menu items are located, it is not as intuitive to use, and it is harder to track my past orders. About half the times I try to use the app I just end up cancelling the order because it is too difficult. Today I tried to free a build your own pizza but that item was removed from the menu. I couldn’t even get the app to log in. First it wanted me to authorize them to access all of my credit card’s transaction history, and then it wanted me to create a new account with them, but it failed because there was already one for my phone number. It also asked to track my location even when the app is closed. Why would they need to do that? It asked twice, even though I granted for just while the app was open.
No options to log in with an existing account. Just those two screens. Pretty dodgy experience, if you ask me. Deleted the app.Show lessDeveloper Response

Your previous points were transferred over. However, please contact us directly at andpizza@thanx.com to make sure everything was moved over correctly.Update ruined it
Love &pizza very convenient to order on the app then pick up. Never had a bad experience with the app until the latest update. On “craft your own” the cheese is a radio button now and not a check box. I’ve always gotten shredded and fresh mozzarella but now it’s $1.25 extra to add shredded cheese. If I dont get the 4 meats, I wish I could replace one of the meat selections with shredded cheese.
Also all the pictures are gone now and the app is very basic. It was definitely better before, but the radio button for cheese is the most annoying and disappointing.Show lessDeveloper Response
