I found your APP for I-Pad very annoying ..for lack of a better word!! While in the APP, a pop up would continuously prompt me to leave Evine!!! This went on through my shopping selection. I don’t shop with you that often but I liked the jewelry.Ais48
iPad App Needs Work
I do exclusively online shopping with Shop HQ. Is it me or is this app a bit wonky? It won’t let me go between my cart and the home page and seems to “get stuck” on my cart page. Sorry , but If you want people to shop your site make your apps more usable. This is frustrating!Spontyl1
5yrs later & it Still §§cks
I’ve read the last couple of years comments and I agree. When you use the app or go on line and the videos of the items NEVER are working (or at least the ones I want to watch) and the actual “LIVE” Shows keep skipping back and forth. Enough is Enough! You are one of the more expensive next works and you can’t afford to get some decent Tech people… then I can shop elsewhere.Show lessBodaciousOne
Glitches!
What is going on? Every time I want to watch shop hq live on my iPad it glitches and the video rewinds itself and fast forwards itself, so how can I watch and shop? Also, when I click on a link for a video on clothes, jewelry, etc the video says it cannot play! What? That’s the whole reasoning for online/tv shopping so you can WATCH the video and see how it looks on the models and the commentary and descriptions from the hosts. I love shop ha and I have been shopping ever since it was called Evine but this is annoying. I clicked on the chat and the virtual assistant stated that the technicians know there’s a problem with the videos but when is it going to get fixed? Videos don’t play on iPad or iPhone!
I can’t get any videos to play on my iPad Air 4. Videos work for every other app, but ShopHQ. On my iPhone 12 Pro Max some videos work and some don’t. The newer ones don’t work, older ones do. Please fix!Norskie320
