Where’s the radio
Developers please read. This is a very good app but the radio icon no longer pops up so I have no way to listen to the jazz play. Is it gone or can I just not find it? If it’s gone please bring it back.
Selling concessions that aren’t available
Purchased some ice cream from Farr’s. Went to pick it up and the location isn’t selling ice cream. They sent me to the other side of the arena to get it. Got there and they said they weren’t selling ice cream there. Told me to go downstairs and those locations were closed as well. Walked around the arena for almost 20 minutes only to end up back at the original location and empty handed. Extremely poor customer experience.

I Enjoy Holly !
Holly obviously knows the game very well. She’s an enjoyable addition and she works very well with Bolerjack and Thurl Bailey. I think it was a great idea to add her to the team. I just wonder why she isn’t at every game. It appears she gets along with the BB players too….maybe even a motherly figure. I applaud her addition!!!

Great for Jazz fans
I’m a little obsessed with the Jazz. I love knowing the latest about the team, and this app does a great job showing me everything I want.
One of the best features is the radio feature. Right from the app you can listen to the game’s radio broadcast with David Locke and Ron Boone. This is perfect if you’re working and can’t turn on the TV. It’s totally free to listen and always a pleasure to hear from the two hosts of the broadcast.
I like that this app shows the live box score, news articles, and game summaries. From the app you can also access Jazz Plus online. It’d be nice if Jazz+ was integrated into the app itself, but a link to Jazz+ online is fine.
My one gripe is that sometimes the app will spoil the ending of a game when I’m watching. The broadcast tends to be behind, so sometimes the final score pops up on my phone when there’s still 30 seconds left to play. This is especially bad if I’m watching on my phone. Not sure how one would fix this issue, though.
Overall good app.

Bad information
Have been trying to get the jazz games for the last two games we paid the fee for one year subscription and all we have got is voice on my iPhone. Will not go on air play or mirroring. We have been fans of the jazz for 20 years and now we can’t watch because something or someone has given us bad information. I have had to move to Idaho Falls because of medical reasons for 3 months can you please help. So we can watch our NBA team ( even bought a new TV)

App doesn’t work with air play
This app could’ve been so good. Instead it doesn’t work at all with AirPlay. I have to watch games on my phone instead of my tv and if I get out of the app the game does not keep playing. Very frustrating when trying to watch games with friends and even by myself. Even more frustrating that I paid over $100 just for this to not even function properly

Jazz + needs help
The app at the delta center is pretty alright. The Jazz+ part is pretty terrible. It is connected to the nba tv app and a lot of times the camera feed is atrocious like nobody is managing it. Also a lot of times it does not work and has difficulty running. Really the only place it works is maybe on my Xbox. Sometimes.
Someone needs to actually manage the cameras and the application and fix bugs so it’s smooth.

Why am I having more fun as a fan this season than last season?
Give us jazz fans a ring in 5-10 years Danny ainge and I’ll continue to give y’all 5 star reviews. 😉 other than that y’all are doin great!!
Jazz radio
In Burley Idaho Sparklight took away the AT&T station so I am thankful for Jazz radio on the Jazz app. New cable coming to Burley and losing Jazz broadcasts on Sparklight was last straw for me, a longtime Sparklight customer. I ordered service from new company when available. Hope Jazz available on new company. But no notice given me about broadcast not being available was the end.

Radio feature erratic
I just cannot stand the fingernails on a blackboard voice of Holly Rowe, the lousy tv analyst who never has anything worthwhile to say. Therefore, when she’s working the Jazz games, I mute my tv and use the radio button on the Jazz app, where I can enjoy David Locke and Ron Boone. But sometimes, the radio doesn’t work at all, and sometimes, like the last broadcast on MLK day, 2023, the radio broadcast would just quit. I could restart it, but it would quit again, for no apparent reason. This was happening on all of my Apple devices. Please fix this…don’t make me listen to the vacuous, horrid Holly!
Other than this, the Jazz app is fantastic for looking at stats, player info, etc.
