In this update we include news such as: • New purchase engine: buy now faster and with all the functionalities of our website. Now you can add your pet from your mobile, buy trips for resident and non-resident passengers on the same reservation and much more. • Ticket changes: now you can change your ticket directly from the APP. Remember, our change policy allows you to modify your trip as many times as you need it up to 365 days after purchase, at no cost if it is at the same rate and even after the scheduled date of your trip. • Add tickets: now you can add tickets purchased at other points of sale such as travel agencies or by other travelers. Enjoy this update and sail into a sea of possibilities!

A waste of time and effort. Keep getting the same error message: “The session has been lost due to lack of activity. Please restart the purchase process”

Absolute Rubbish as it does not work

Whilst it looks good. The application is useless. As a resident of the Canary Islands I travel a lot with Fred Olsen and thought this App would meet my needs. it does not. Whoever wrote this software to be be released from their position. It does not work at all on the Kate set version of IOS 16.3.

I could not even set my journey departure or date and the back arrow to return to the previous screen does not work.

If I could give it a rating of zero I would, but the minimum allowed is 1.
