This app is terrible. I have tried deleting the old app and getting the new. Not working for me.
Lacks basic functions
The “pay bill” feature is absolutely useless if you have multiple accounts with this bank. The accounts are titled by account numbers, not the type of account. And you can only see the last few digits of the account number. Because literally almost all accounts end in 0000001 for some asinine reason, there is no way tell any of the accounts apart in the list. So you have no idea of knowing which account you’re paying. Dumbest set up ever. Deserves zero stars.

App crashing
This app suddenly started crashing. I cannot get into my account. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone. I have deleted cookies, etc. nothing works. And I’m told I have to wait until Monday because there’s no one to answer my question. Seriously?
Updates
I do not like the new update where it doesn’t show your balances when you first open the app. You have to click on the account and open it in order to view the balance.

Will not open because of facial recognition feature.
Used to LOVE the app; now it doesn't work
Used this app several times a day; within past month the app will not allow me to log in using quick access passcode. Tells me the app can't verify my phone's credentials and to log in with username and password, but can't log in with username unless i delete the app and reinstall.
Customer service has no solution to the problem. Very frustrated.

Great most of the time
Everything seems to be working great now except for the Touch ID. It stopped working when I downloaded one of my most recent phone updates. Pin and password work fine, but I prefer the Touch ID for as often as I’m on here and it saves me so much time logging in.
Needs fixed
This app does not support the iPhone X. When I try to say you got me past the login set text me a code and then said that my device ID does not match. Please fix this app.

Can't even login
I open up the app and it freezes. I can't type or do anything on the login screen.
