SO DISAPPOINTED!!
Previous reviewer says app does what it is supposed to do-arm & disarm the unit. So far from the truth. This app is NOT reliable. Remote indicates the system is disarmed, only to find the system armed. NOT good at all when you are trying to give access to the property. Grandchildren do not appreciate having to provide proof to law enforcement that they have permission to be in the house.
To many times am informed app cannot communicate with system. Standing right outside the house & it can't communicate.
I do not recommend this app.

This app is for arming a home security system so you'd expect it to be secure. that's why it doesn't require a password??? It also
will only arm the default setup so there is no way to arm internal traps such as motion detectors. The writers of this app need to start over!!! This app could not be any worse

Unreliable
The app constantly crashes. It doesn't keep my login information so I am constantly re-entering it. This app needs lots of work.

Only had this app for a short time but seems to work as advertised. I can arm/disarm my system remotely.

Alarm app
Worst app ever it doesn't work at all, despite updating the iPhone. Stay away from buying this alarm. If I could rate oooo I would.
Not reliable
Always seem to have problems with the App. Hardly ever works when I'm away from home and often loses the password I have set. I'd like to set my alarm quickly or as I'm going to bed but often I have to go to wall keypad because the app isn't working.

The app always is in arm status no matter what you do. Unfortunally I bought Napco 3/4 g cell for my home alarm system Don't recomend to anybody.
