This Software Works Great
This software does amazing things. It’s protects mission critical data from ending up in the wrong hands, and keeps a close eye on the daily activities of individuals who may potentially make mistakes and leak that information. People are stupid, they may mean well, but they must be monitored at all times in order to be able to identify and stop data leaks, and to be sure the sheep are doing what they are supposed to be doing. They cannot be trusted not to screw up, this software is a wonderful solution for any large company interested in gaining the critical leverage over the lives of its employees. It takes power back from the little people who have remained protected under their silly bill of rights for too long.

Vision Pro
I do understand the requirements for security across devices in the open world of the Internet, especially for business use. It is interesting, that in tune company portal is available on all of the other iOS devices, but there doesn’t seem to be any communication communication or updates involving a release for this product on the Vision Pro. Nature of the Vision Pro, it’s early adopters, and those who can afford products such as those produced by Microsoft in Apple for use in personal and business it would be appreciated if at the very least, there was some communication or intention, the lack of communication and support is the reason I no longer have a surface probut I do still use all of the Microsoft products for Office and appreciate their use. Without communication it makes me wonder if the lack of support is simply a marketing angle or a challenge with the technology at least be forthcoming so we can know what to expect.

Cannot sign in
I used to be able to sign in to my company portal but not anymore. Always said incorrect e-mail address or passcode. I am sure I type correctly. It become so annoying and useless. Please fix it.

I have been using this app for approx 6 yrs or some form of it with my company. As Richard Weiss has noted it gives the company limited access. If you want the connivence of being able to access your companies information at your finger tips then this is what you need. If you call out sick would you rather put you out of office message in a few minutes with your phone or would you rather having to log into your company laptop to put it on? I called out one day and was so sick I didn’t want to get out of bed go to my home office to set everything up so I didn’t and upset a few customers and upper management. It isn’t worth the aggravation. So this is great you don’t want to be bother with work emails on your phone you can set it up that way, but personally this is great and I am glad that my company has made it possible.

Allowing the iPad or iPhone app to work would be a start…
At this point, it’s starting to look as if you really don’t care what your customers prefer. It’s not like any of us are going out of our way to buy a surface product anyway, so is there a technical reason not to release? Maybe you have some other passive aggressive reason not to support users that want to use your products, just not on your platform.
Other than that, keep up the great work, I guess? I wouldn’t really know as I can’t log into most of your apps until you decide to support them.

Absolutely horrendous
I did all the required steps to be able to access the resources yet the only thing I can’t access through the internet is outlook. Nothing else works even with wifi or when I’m trying to access resources approved by my education. Please fix this issue,.
Work account
Installed and operated the app just fine for almost 7 months. Then out of nowhere, it looks stop working had to uninstall. The app had to uninstall the company portal app had to remove the profile power off the phone and do this several times before I was able to re-register my phone back on the network.

New update broke our in tune enrolment
We have configured Apple School Manager and everything was working fine last week. However they updated the app yesterday and now the devices are stuck in an enrolment loop where it downloads the profile and installs, but when returning to the portal app it starts the process again.
