Pretty useful!
I just discovered this app today. I tested the email function; it’s working for me on my iPhone 11. I agree editing or duplicating previously saved forms would be useful. In the absence of that function, after emailing the pdf to myself, I was able to open from my email into adobe fill & sign and continue editing. Not an elegant solution, but still easier than waiting for a free computer or hand-jamming. I would also like to add some of my own most frequently used army forms, e.g. Packing List 1750 or Request for Issue / Turn In 3161. I’ll try emailing the developer, maybe they can add them. Overall, I’m happy to pay a few bucks to have these forms on hand and fillable.

Great app needs a update to send to emails etc.
Great layout but needs updating
The forms on here are out of date and not accepted. They need to be updated one example is the DA31.
So much potential wasted
This app is severely underdeveloped and I just wasted me money. (Only $3) but the point is there are free apps that can do so much more than this in other areas. The list of things wrong with this app:1. There scanner doesn’t even work at all. Only lets me make a folder and doesn’t allow me to add files to it. 2. There’s only 10 DA Forms on it and one of them just force closes every time you use it. 3. They haven’t updated this app in YEARS. If the developers put actual time into this and made the UI easier to navigate and actually added many more DA forms (the name of the app) and not just the typical it would be well worth the money.

Cool app. However,
Love the idea of this app. Excellent to have in the field and need a form. It saves the forms, which is great, but it won’t let me set up an email account to email and store them. Plus the DA5165-R closes the app every time I try to use it. Please fix these issues. I really like the app,

Needs work
It’s a good idea but u can’t email at all like nothing an that’s the main purpose for me was convince but the save an email button for me doesn’t work
Not helpful
I just filled out a 4856 and tried emailing it to my gmail and military account. It let me click send, but it did not send. It glitches after hitting send and then nothing. Please Help.
Form will not work
When I try to use the DA 5165-R it shuts down the app.... please fix this issue

Sure do wish you could sign the forms in the app and also allow for landscape mode on the DA FORM 2062
