  • Ok, but no sound.

I reinstalled the paid version of the app , but there is no sound. My toddler is not interested in playing the games, in absence of sound. How can you fix this issue?

    Developer Response

Hello nd thanks for reporting this! Please, try the following: 1. Verify the app sound controls are set to on. For that, tap the Gear icon in the bottom right corner on the home screen and check the Background Music toggle is green. 2. Verify that your iPad volume is high enough. 3. Verify that the mute switch (the small switch next to the volume button) is not set to mute. 4. In your iPad settings go to: General -> USE SIDE SWITCH TO and set it to Lock Rotation. 5. Turn notifications off. If your side switch is set to Lock Rotation, there should be an icon to turn off notifications in the control center: - swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the control center, - in the center of the pop-up find the rightmost button (the bell icon), - tap it to make it grey. 6. Make sure your iPad is not set to the Do Not Disturb mode: - swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open Control Center, - make sure that the Do Not Disturb (the moon icon) mode is disabled. If it doesn't help, please, contact our support team at info@kidsacademy.mobi
  • Ok, but no sound

My 2 and 4 year old like this game but I cannot figure out how to get any sound. Kind of a bummer. There are about a dozen levels that they enjoy playing over and over. They can be played again and again without having to complete the entire app.

  • Very Unhappy

Dd loved this ap when it works properly. Very irritating to pay for an ap that glitches and shuts down. I'd expect it from a free ap but not one I paid for.

    Developer Response

  • Fun All Around

My 2 year old loves this app! He plays with it every day and it keeps him engaged. As a teacher, I love that he is able to self check and improve his problem solving skills. He has mastered this one and I'm excited to get the next level up to see what he can do! A great product all around!
  • Nice sorting app

I like the app and my son does too. It is a little pricey for only getting 15 sorting levels.
  • Crashes

My toddler loved these apps, his uncle bought the whole collection as a gift and now none of the apps work. They all crash. I've restored and redownloaded these apps but they still crash. Please fix!!!

  • Fun for my 3 year old

I like this because it gets progressively challenging. I like how these are tasks that he's working on in his preschool class. He really loves popping the balloons when he finishes a level.
  • No sound

I think it would be better if the program's said the colors, size, or something I hate the stupid music. Other than that no complaints

  • Loves it

My toddler loves the Tiny Hands series...from sorting to towers to first words. In fact it is the only way he falls asleep right now he has to play it in bed and he falls asleep playing it.
