The only thing that sets this app above just downloading wallpapers from the internet is the ability to create shelves and little app frames. The problem with that, though, is trying to align the wallpaper with them, as the image itself gets resized when applied to the background, and so needs to be adjusted in order to line up. Maybe you could revisit this, figure out how to take the guesswork out of it?

Not intuitive, no dynamic wallpapers
I downloaded this because it came up in a search for dynamic wallpapers for ios 7. It appears to be a collection of static wallpapers you can 'customize' by having shelves drawn onto them, which you then save to your photo library and use as wallpapers. Nowhere could I find any dynamic wallpapers like the ones that come with iOS 7. The interface isn't very intuitive either, there's what appears to be a magic wand icon that functions as a randomizer, picking an image and slapping on shelves. I won't say this app is completely useless as it still is a decent collection of static wallpapers, but don't expect to find any dynamic ones here.
