Otp messages

App services are always done and at at that time you are in need. You end up looking for other options.like since yesterday the otp messages been loading forever and to delete the app and re installing is just another issue.

Disappointing

It’s quite sad that a bank with the reach and breath of NCBA is unable to sustain a reliable app. In no other setting would something so unreliable be permissible. Please consider taking the feedback provided seriously - it dates almost five years. Kenya is renowned for its CIT talent and digital innovation, this is neither.

Poor

NCBA customer service poor when it gets to issuing the activation code. They ask endless questions like you are in an exam. Simply silly. Uninstalling right away.

Worst Upgrade Ever

The app is unreliable. What’s the purpose of online banking if I can only access it once in a blue moon when the app isn’t glitching? Might as well change banks to avoid situations where I can’t access my account consistently and with ready availability

OTP upgrade is horrible!

Thank you for the upgrade - but those SMS’ with the one the OTP can take forever and sometimes never come - so you’re stuck waiting and waiting and trying over several hours to do transactions on your phone. This is an extremely frustrating process.

Recent update unwelcome

The main purpose of an app is function first then aesthetics. I would rather a simple functional app than what you guys took it upon yourself to try and fix. An app should not look/feel like a desktop site. Please go back to the drawing board and make this app user friendly. The banking service is stellar but this app takes away from that. Should it prove too hard. I'm an expert and would assist when called upon.

Can only use Kenyan Mobile Number to generate activation code.

I only give it one star coz there is no zero star. If you have Branches in Tanzania why I can't generate activation code using my country code (+255)?
Even to gain online banking, all set ups have to be done in Kenya...... and calling to Kenya from Tanzania is too expensive, you need to have local representatives or there is no need of having your bank here if everything has be to done from Kenya.
You do have good local customer service and that being said you also need to operate locally
I downloaded the App but it is useless. Fixing that might raise my stars.
