Frustrated!!!
Great app when it worked. Made checking warranty and part numbers easy. Hasn't worked in 2 months. I have contacted JCI directly multiple times and their answer is "we are working on it". In all training classes, they recommend the app but it crashes when it opens.
I give it 2 stars currently will reevaluate when / if fixed.
